Friday 25 March 2011

My favourite!

Noodle - Chili Tomato flavour

I love it!
I found these in a supermarket today.
These day, they are very rare in Tokyo because of radiation problem.
Many people have bought lots of food for just in case.

I hope that victims return to daily life as soon as possible.

Radiation Seeps into Tokyo Water Supply

There is a new problem in Tokyo today.

Radiation Seeps into Tokyo Water Supply!
Radiation levels in Tokyo tap water more than twice
what is considered safe for infants added to food safety woes.

We can not buy bottled water to run out of stock.
I don't want to drink tap water!
I'd love to drink safe water!

I could buy just a bottle of juice today.
It is better than nothing, isn't it?

Electrical problem in Tokyo

This escalator doesn't work in the train for saving electricity.
The frequency of trains is low.

Tokyo Electric Power Co. has lost about 27 per cent of its electricity generation capacity and will be short of demand by about 10 million kilowatts.
The blackouts will affect outlying areas of Tokyo and regions surrounding the capital, but will not hit central Tokyo. Each will last 3 hours and they will begin in stages from 6:20am and run until 10pm every day.
The government warned they could go on for several weeks.

Canine Comfort in Crisis

Thanks a lot!

Thanks God!

He is not singing.
He has been being scanned for radiation.

However we have got a great news today!

Two rescued from city's rubble

An 80-year-old woman and her teenage grandson were rescued in northeastern Japan when the teenager is able to pull himself out of their flattened two-story house Sunday, nine days after the devastating earthquake and tsunami. Both are conscious but weak, having survived on the food they had in their refrigerator.

Our Hero!

Work of draining water off by Tokyo Fire Department was done
in the first nuclear power plant in Fukushima on March 19th.

Commanders of a hyper rescue team that undertook draining water
before dawn of the 19th off had an interview,
and they talked about the appearance of the site.

Yukio Takayama General Commander who did hose extension work:
(Q. What was serious?)
"There was fear to fight with the enemy who was not visible this time.
I paid close attention to the point of making members act
at exposure time as short as possible.
I think that we were able to accomplish the duty
because there was the companions' backups."

Yasuo Sato Director of Fire Defense Division who commanded on site:
"I E-mailed to my wife , saying that
'I mobilize to the Fukushima nuclear power plant'.
Then, one line
'You must become the saviour in Japan' returned from her by mail. "

Toyohiko Tomioka General Commander who decided line of action on site:
"All members had very high morale, and did hard.
 "

SDF Fukushima nuclear plant

Japanese officials have found abnormal radiation levels
in milk and spinach in the area surrounding
the troubled Fukushima nuclear power plant.

Evacuation Zone

Tokyo is fine...

Nobody knows that Tokyo is really safe or not...

Dog tested for radiation

Humans aren't the only ones affected by this disaster.

Tokyo is fine, but some people at work has left Tokyo since yesterday.
Actually 14 people headed to Western Japan.
They are afraid of radiation.

If you go shopping at evening, you can't buy many kind of foods.
Because of sold out...
Rice, bread, noodles, pasta, meets and so on.
And also, tissue, toilet paper, petrol, batteries...more and more!!

I hope everything is going to be alight!

It shows a dog standing by his injured mate.

Suspected radiation victim...

Oh, my god!

SDF

They need help more and more.
I can't do anything at all right now.

I'm thinking of going there to volunteer,
after Rescue team help peoople.
Please help them, SDF!

Cheer up!
